DUES ARE DUE IN JANUARY

A $25.00 late fee will be charged to any member who has not paid by February 1st.

Past due notices will be emailed and mailed via USPS to past due accounts after Feb. 1st.

A penalty of $50.00 per month will be added to the account balance of any delinquent accounts beginning March 1st.

On April 1st delinquent accounts will be sent to our legal counsel for collection or lien placement.

The property owner of record will be responsible for the cost of all legal proceedings in this matter. To include filing of liens, release of liens, attorney fees, and any court cost.
